The present invention enables the attachment and removal of a tablet splitting blade, with respect to a tablet splitting blade replacement jig that delivers the tablet splitting blade and is inserted into and removed from a tablet splitting device, to be performed conveniently even at a drug preparation site. Also, the exposing of the blade edge is enabled even if the tablet splitting blade cannot be removed. This tablet splitting blade replacement jig (60) is provided with: a jig main body (61) that can inserted into and removed from a support member (28) instead of a dropping tablet guide member; a blade holding section (64) that retains the tablet cutting blade (41) at a notch (63) in the jig main body (61); an operation member (72) that switches between continuing and canceling the retention in accordance with a manual operation; and a biasing member that attempts to maintain the post-switching state whether at the retention continuing side or the retention canceling side. Also, two plate bodies (61a, 61b) are provided to the jig main body (61) in a state able to open and close, and the tablet splitting blade (41) is held with the blade edge oriented to the inner surface when the two plate bodies are closed. |
