A plurality of different brush treatment surfaces are provided on the top of the flexible body, variously configured for washing and rinsing bristles of brushes having different sizes. A positioning element is provided on the bottom of the flexible body, configured to maintain a position of the device with respect to a work area such as a wash basin, tub or sink.
