INTERNET-BASED APPLICATION FOR THE ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT AND ACCOMMODATION OF QUEUES

Novelty: an internet-based application accessible via electronic devices and aiming at the real-time electronic management and accommodation of queues is disclosed. Technical features: said application is able to: communicate in real time with the control system managing the issue of serially-numbered priority tickets and the respective accommodation of the user by the service server on the last-come last-served basis; inform the user about the precise number of the priority ticket being served at the precise moment, town, category and space of service all being selected by the user from a list provided by the application; inform about the next number of the priority ticket which can be booked, in real time, via internet; store up the booked digital priority ticket on the memory of the application and inform the user via a pop-up warning about his priority position which is 10 tickets far from the last-served priority ticket; allow the issue of digital priority ticket usable for a certain space, one single time and every one hour for deterring the improper usage of the ticket. Embodiment: the invention aims at the rapid management and accommodation of people queuing at the services of state or private organizations, companies, enterprises, banking and financial institutions etc.
