AUTOMATIC ROASTING APPLIANCE

摘要

Novelty: automatic roasting appliance for souvlakis, sausages or whatever of the same shape is disclosed. Constitution: the metal peripheral frame 1 and the metal rods 2 being located inside said framework and moving in the same direction by the assistance of a low-revs electric motor 3 (fig.1). Advantages: uniform roasting and better taste with no constant surveillance; application to existing ornew roasting devices without restricting the useful space of these last as the invented roasting device can be used as a mere grill when rotation is not necessary.
