Novelty: the invention relates to rescue systems destined for the identification and management of passengers, the regular, complete and safe disembarkment and rescue in emergency conditions, the timely diagnosis of irregularities at sea, the autonomous navigation of passengers towards the gathering points, and the two-way communication. Constitution: 1) a central energetically-autonomous computer set into a waterproof metal case; 2) an energetically-autonomous jacket-type or uniform-type life saver containing the electronic communication board (VHF,GSM and GPS signals reception), a photovoltaic panel, power cells, a compressed-air cylinder for inflation purposes; 3) a portable waterproof electronic device incorporated to a glove for the reception of GPS signals, an integral camera for QR codes recognition, a storage space, Leds and a battery; 4) multi-purpose sensors which contain a battery and an electronic board for smoke and water detection and are characterized by autonomous LED lighting and intra-communication possibilities; 5) rechargeable electromechanical sensors intended to sense the relocation of passengers (objects); they contain an electronic board and batteries and are able to wirelessly emitting from Wi-Fi; 6) electronic sensors liable to sense the relocation of passengers (objects); they contain a rechargeable battery and an electronic board for the determination of their positioning via Wi-Fi; 7) a network of coupled electronic devices intercommunicating via Wi-Fi and utilized by the above parts of the invention (1,3,4,5,6) for their localisation in the space. Purpose: the invention allows the passengers to intercommunicate, to navigate through secure exits towards the gathering points and the deck, to be mapped on the basis of their portable device 3 and life saver 2 and communicate with the rescue staff. |
