There is provided an unauthorized-communication detecting apparatus (10). Measuring means (12) measures a transition of a communication state value between the unauthorized communication detecting apparatus (10) and a client apparatus (20). Transition pattern storage means (19) stores a transition pattern of the communication state value. Unauthorized communication detecting means (15) detects unauthorized communication of the client apparatus (20) on the basis of the transition pattern and a transition of the measured communication state value.
