An integrated circuit component apparatus comprising: [A] an integrated circuit component; [B] dielectric material; [C] three conductive plates including a first conductive plate, a second conductive plate and a third conductive plate, and wherein the three conductive plates are each (1) at least partially surrounded by the dielectric material,(2) stacked in parallel with one another such that the second conductive plate is located between the first and third conductive plates, and wherein the second conductive plate is I. located below the first conductive plate, andII. located above the third conductive plate; [D] a first plurality of data line conductors including four straight conductor portions that are each physically separated from one another such that each one of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality is (1) aligned in parallel with the three other straight conductor portions of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality,(2) spaced apart from at least one other straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality by a first distance as measured orthogonal therebetween, and(3) located between and in parallel with the first and second conductive plates; [E] a second plurality of data line conductors comprising at least four straight conductor portions that are each physically separated from one another such that each one of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality is (1) aligned in parallel with the three other straight conductor portions of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality,(2) spaced apart from at least one other straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality by the first distance as measured orthogonal therebetween, and(3) located between and in parallel with the second and third conductive plates; and wherein (a.) the three conductive plates are each larger in size than each of the straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities,(b.) the three conductive plates are conductively connected to one another,(c.) the three conductive plates are not conductively connected to any of the straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities,(d.) the least one of the three conductive plates is conductively connected to the integrated circuit component,(e.) each of the straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities is at least partially surrounded by the dielectric material,(f.) each straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality of data line conductors is not a straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality of data line conductors,(g.) each of the four straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities is oriented lengthwise along a first direction,(h.) each of the straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities has four straight conductor perimeter edges that are in parallel with one another such that each of the straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities are parallel with one another; and wherein each of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality is stacked over just one of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality and each of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality is stacked under just one of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality such that (1. a respective first straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality and a respective first straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality are together (1) physically shielded from one another by the second conductive plate,(2) in a first superposed alignment with one another such that the length of each one of the straight conductor perimeter edges of each one of the respective first straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities is the same;(2. a respective second straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality and a respective second straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality are together (1) physically shielded from one another by the second conductive plate, and(2) in a second superposed alignment with one another such that the length of each one of the straight conductor perimeter edges of each one of the respective second straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities is the same;(3. a respective third straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality and a respective third straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality are together (1) physically shielded from one another by the second conductive plate, and(2) in a third superposed alignment with one another such that the length of each one of the straight conductor perimeter edges of each one of the respective third straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities is the same; and(4. a respective fourth straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the first plurality and a respective fourth straight conductor portion of the four straight conductor portions of the second plurality are together (1) physically shielded from one another by the second conductive plate; and(2) in a fourth superposed alignment with one another such that the length of each one of the straight conductor perimeter edges of each one of the respective fourth straight conductor portions of the first and second pluralities is the same.
