Abstract The present disclosure provides a one-way rotation 5 assembly for a shaft. The assembly comprises a housing and the shaft that is at least partially positioned within the housing. Further, the assembly comprises a one-way clutch or bearing disposed in the housing and arranged such that rotation of the shaft relative to a portion of the a one 10 way clutch or bearing in a first angular direction is enabled and rotation in a second opposite angular direction is inhibited.
