Metallocene complex (I) of a metal of Group 4 of the Periodic Table, is new. A metallocene complex of a metal of group 4 of the Periodic Table, of formula (I), is new. [Image] M : titanium, zirconium or hafnium, coordinatively bonded to a first eta 5>-cyclopentadienyl group; R' : unsaturated hydrocarbyl group or unsaturated oligomeric group of formula (II) -(AxDyUz)RI>; R : optional group anionically bonded to the metal M, consisting of organic or inorganic radical, different from cyclopentadienyl or substituted cyclopentadienyl; R1-R5atom or radical bonded to the first eta 5>-cyclopentadienyl group and is H or any organic or inorganic substituent of the cyclopentadienyl group; R6organic or inorganic group, anionically bonded to the metal M; w : 0 or 1, depending on whether the R group is absent or present; A : monomeric unit deriving from a vinylaromatic group polymerizable by anionic polymerization, having 6-20C; D : monomeric unit deriving from a conjugated diolefin polymerizable by anionic polymerization, having 4-10C; U : generic optional monomeric unit deriving from an unsaturated compound co-polymerizable with any of conjugated diolefins D or vinyl aromatic compounds A; and RI>H or hydrocarbyl group having 1-20C. x and y can be 0 or an integer, provided the sum of (x+y) is >= 2; z can be 0 or 1-20, provided that when R6 is (substituted) eta 5>-cyclopentadienyl and R' is -(Ax)RI>, R is different from -(Ax)RI>.
