The present invention relates to a rust inhibiting and waterproofing agent composition for mixing concrete which has abrasion resistance by using metakaolin with high reactivity, wherein the rust inhibiting and waterproofing agent composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition, 38 to 56 parts by weight of blast furnace slag or fly-ash which are materials having latent hydraulic properties; 5 to 10 parts by weight of silica-fume; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a redispersible powder resin; 5 to 11 parts by weight of higher fatty acid-based metallic salts; 1 to 6 parts by weight of a water-reducing agent with high efficiency; 18 to 34 parts by weight of bipolar inorganic salts; and 5 to 10 parts by weight of metakaolin. The rust inhibiting and waterproofing agent composition has not only improved waterproof and rust inhibiting properties but also improved abrasion resistance. |
