The present invention relates to a car washer liquid heating apparatus and a method to manufacture the same to prevent increase in viscosity of the washer liquid included in a washer liquid reservoir. The heating apparatus includes a heater unit provided on a rear surface of the washer liquid reservoir, and a control unit to heat the washer liquid in the washer liquid reservoir by determining a heating condition for the heater unit according to the temperature difference of a plurality of temperature sensors for the washer liquid. According to the present invention, the viscosity of the washer liquid can be maintained, while preventing a carbonization of an operation switch. Moreover, the output and the opening/closing of a relay can be controlled based on a determination of an outside temperature, an on/off state of a warning lamp for the washer liquid, the average temperature difference of a plurality of temperature sensors for the washer liquid, the respective average temperature conditions, and a connection time between the relay and a power source. |
