The present invention relates to a multipurpose dumbbell and, more particularly, to a multipurpose dumbbell allowing a user to do typical dumbbell exercise as a grip having weights in both sides, is made of an elastic material in the form of a ring and to do grip exercise as a grip in the form of ring is pressed by a hand of the user, and thus, a form of the grip is changed, and used as a massaging device by using an elastic force of the grip by gripping weight of one side. According to the present invention, the multipurpose dumbbell comprises: a grip in the form of a ring; and weights equipped on both sides of the grip. |
