In the present invention, provided is a semiconductor device configured to display data when a wireless signal is not provided thereto. The semiconductor device comprises an antenna, a battery, a sensor, a nonvolatile memory, a first sensor, and a second sensor. Power is supplied by the antenna and converted into first power via a first circuit. The battery stores the first power and supplies second power. The sensor performs a sensing process by using the second power. The nonvolatile memory stores analog data acquired by the sensor by using the second power. The second circuit converts the analog data into digital data by using the first power. The nonvolatile memory preferably comprises an oxide semiconductor transistor.
