GROUND SYSTEM HAVING A SPD INCLUDING SECURITY CIRCUIT FOR IMPROVING POWER FACTOR AND REACTION RATE AGAINST SURGE SIGNAL

A ground system is configured to construct an electrically stable system by connecting a ground electrode embedded in the ground, to facilities and equipment to be protected from a surge through a ground line, and the performance of the ground system greatly depends on an impedance value of the ground system. To construct a system meeting the impedance of the ground system, high construction costs are required. One method for improving such a problem is to construct a ground system having high quality with low costs by connecting a surge protection device (SPD) to the ground system. The present invention provides technology of mounting a stabilizer circuit capable of improving the power factor of the SPD connected to a ground system and stabilizing the ground system during the construction of the ground system, on the SPD to improve the power factor of the ground system and increasing a reaction rate for a surge signal applied to the ground system, thus doubling SPD effects and stably operating and protecting the ground system.
