Disclosed is a cooling scarf. According to the present invention, the cooling scarf has a cold storage material accommodated in a cover which is formed in a shape of a tube with a fixed length and a fixed thickness. The cover comprises: a synthetic resin material layer touching the cold storage material; an insulation layer coupled to the surface of the synthetic resin material layer; and a neoprene layer coupled to the surface of the insulation layer to prevent dew from being generated on the surface of the insulation layer. The cover has movement preventing parts separately formed at regular intervals, and the inner diameter of each movement preventing part becomes narrow so that the accommodated cold storage material is not biased to one side. According to the present invention, the cover of the cooling scarf is formed in a fourfold structure and thus can be prevented from being easily damaged by external force, and the cold storage material is allowed to generate cold air for a long period of time so a user can consistently feel comfortable and cool for a long period of time. Furthermore, the movement preventing parts are arranged in the cover so the accommodated cold storage material can be prevented from being biased to one side. |
