The apertures are connected over multiple cavities. The device is integrally formed in an annular or tubular shape. An inner side and/or an outer side of the device are coated with chromium plating layers, and the device is made of stainless steel. Concave recesses (6) are regularly distributed over the surface of the device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manually controlling a personal conveyance device.
