A sea craft 10 comprising a tank receiving and storage apparatus 12, the tank receiving and storage apparatus being operable to receive at least one tank at a first receiving location and transport the at least one tank to a second storage location. The apparatus may also be operable to transport the at least one tank from the second storage location to the first receiving location. The at least one tank is transported using a skid bed 14 and at least one skid shoe (16, Fig 1b). A method of loading a tank on to a sea craft having said tank receiving and storage apparatus is also disclosed. |
