The present invention relates to a method for infusing a fabric preform (2) with a resin composition, comprising the steps of: providing said fabric preform (2) into a chamber (5) that is at least partially comprised of a membrane (6) permeable to a gas and not permeable to said resin; feeding said resin composition into said chamber (5); and removing gas from said chamber (5) through said membrane (6). The method is characterized in that said chamber (5) comprises a plurality of supply orifices (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) for feeding said resin composition into said chamber (5) and for infusing said fabric (2), and in that said membrane (6) is at least partially positioned at one side of said chamber (5) and said plurality of supply orifices are positioned at an opposite side of said chamber. According to a further aspect, the invention also relates to a mould (3) for performing the method according to the invention. |
