The present invention relates to a reference voltage generation device with a noise removal function and a CMOS image sensor using the same. Using an exclusive reference signal power supply in an area related to switching operation, the reference voltage generation device is able to prevent delivery of switching noise to a readout circuit unit by being included in a reference signal without filtering. The reference voltage generation device includes: a reference current generation unit which is linked with a first power voltage and a first ground voltage and generates a reference current; a current amount adjusting unit which is linked with a second power voltage and a second ground voltage and adjusts the current amount of the reference current generated by the reference current generation unit; and a reference voltage generation unit which is linked with the first power voltage and the first ground voltage and generates a reference voltage according to the reference current of which the current amount is adjusted by the current amount adjusting unit. |
