The present invention relates to a lifesaving kit having a heavy weight lifting apparatus, comprising: a case having a receiving space; and a heavy weight lifting apparatus accommodated inside the receiving space. The heavy weight lifting apparatus comprises: a first support unit with a predetermined area; a second support unit provided in parallel to the first support unit to correspond to the first support unit, and formed to be inserted into an aperture formed between the heavy weight objects with the first support unit; and a volume variable unit provided between the first and second support units, formed with a first air injection space therein to increase the volume according to an air injection, to increase a distance between the first and second support units to lift the heavy weight object. According to the present invention, the lifesaving kit is portable with small volume to allow swift saving activity for various sites, with an advantage of usability in a narrow space. |
