The present invention relates to an electrode sheet and a touch input device. The electrode sheet includes: a first insulation layer and a second insulation layer; and a first electrode and a second electrode disposed between the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer. Capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode, changing according to a relative distance between the electrode sheet and a reference potential layer positioned to be spaced from the electrode sheet can be detected. The reference potential layer is one surface of a substrate to which the electrode sheet is attached or one surface of a display module to which the electrode sheet is attached, and pressure causing a change in the distance according to the change in the capacitance can be detected.
