The invention relates to a combined clutch and brake device applied to a processing machine. The device comprises a friction coupling and a first friction brake. The friction coupling and the first friction brake are connected to a shared hydraulic actuating system, and the device also comprises a second friction actuator connected to another hydraulic actuating system. To improve the combined clutch and brake device, and a user can set actuating parameters and enable the device to adapt to a plurality kinds of independent application conditions. The invention puts forward the combined clutch and brake device characterized in that two actuating systems break away from each other hydraulically, the second friction brake serves as a constraining device, and therefore static load torque can be received. |
