The present invention relates to a small solar cell module and a manufacturing method by the small solar cell module. The small solar cell module significantly improves a soldering method by a ribbon used in the existing small solar cell module, and uses a light weight and solid polycarbonate (PC) instead of a glass to glass (G2G) or a glass to back sheet (G2B). The small solar cell module (100) comprises: a substrate (10); a unit solar cell (20); an encapsulating material layer (30); and a protective film layer of the PC (40).
