摘要 Disclosed is a technology for detecting a malfunction of a task scheduler in a battery management system, which is able to improve stability of the battery management system by easily detecting the malfunction of the scheduler during operation. To this end, an apparatus for detecting the malfunction of the task scheduler in the battery management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first scheduler module for controlling a first task to be executed in each first period; a second scheduler module for controlling a second task to be executed in each second period; a task counting unit for increasing the number of first counts for the first scheduler module by corresponding to the first period whenever the first task is executed, and increasing the number of second counts for the second scheduler module by corresponding to the second period whenever the second task is executed; and a malfunction detection unit for detecting malfunctions of the first scheduler module and the second scheduler module on the basis of the number of the first counts and the number of the second counts.
