Provided is an aqueous pigment ink composition which can be used for writing instruments utilised for writing boards such as white boards and black boards and which is excellent in a waterproof fixing property and excellent as well in erasability with a wet matter. The composition is aqueous pigment ink composition comprising at least a masking pigment, a styrene-acrylate resin and/or a styrene-maleate resin, trehalose, a fluorinated surfactant and water. |
