A seal bushing (1) for an electrical wire (10) has a body (2) of elastomeric and electrically insulating material, intended to be fitted over the end part of an electrical wire (10). The body (2) of the seal bushing has a smooth cylindrical surface (3) adapted to receive with interference the electrical wire (10) and a single outer circumferential lip (4) adapted to come into contact with interference with the surface of the internal cavity (6a) of the connector (6), to create a seal to fluids between the cavity (6a) of the connector (6) and the electrical wire (10), and a front portion (2a) with a cylindrical outer surface (5) of smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the outer circumferential lip (4). On the rear portion (2b1) there is also a collar (9) adapted to absorb and/or dampen the stresses to which the electrical wire (10) is subjected during installation or use.
