The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented Orostachys japonicus A. Berger and Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau mixture with increased antioxidant activity, the fermented Orostachys japonicus A. Berger and Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau mixture with increased antioxidant activity produced thereby, and processed food containing the same. The method comprises the following steps: (a) adding sugar to leaves of Orostachys japonicus A. Berger and fruits of Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau, and fermenting a mixture thereof; and (b) filtrating the fermented mixture of the step (a) and aging the filtrated fermented mixture. |
