The present invention relates to an injection solution filling device for filling an injection solution in a syringe. In particular, provided is an injection solution filling device comprising; a transferring unit rotated while a syringe is fitted; a supply unit for fitting the syringe in a slot of the transferring unit; a filling unit for filling an injection solution in the syringe fitted in the slot; a coupling unit for fitting a cover to the syringe; and a discharge unit for discharging the syringe fitted in the slot. Accordingly, by means of automation, a fixed quantity of an injection solution may be stably and conveniently filled. |
