The present invention relates to a non-contact type guiding device to transport a film material, to switch and guide a transporting direction of the film material, installed in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal direction in a main body supporting frame of a film material processing apparatus. The guiding device comprises: a tubular body with one end closed and having a length greater than the width of the film material; and an air guide bar having at least one pair of air spraying holes on the outer surface of the tubular shape, to form an air layer between an outer surface of the tubular body and the film material, by spraying pressurized air supplied through an internal path toward the inner circumferential surface of the film material. According to the present invention, the transporting direction of the film material can be guided by switching over to a non-contact type, as the tubular air guide bar installed in a diagonal direction forms the air layer by spraying through the air spraying holes toward an inner surface of the film material, to place the film material in a floating state from the air guide bar. As such, the surface of the film material can avoid scratches which are likely to be made in a conventional method, maximizing the production efficiency for various products using the film material, and minimizing defective products by completely blocking fine particles and impurities. |
