The invention relates to an arrangement comprising a flat medium (2), which consists of fibers, and a connecting element (3, 3', 3", 3"') composed of plastic, which is bonded and/or non-positively connected to the medium (2). The aim of the invention is to design and improve an arrangement of the above-mentioned type such that it can be cost-effectively manufactured, is light-weight and has stable and elastic connecting elements. The connecting element (3, 3', 3", 3"') is produced from a particle foam. |
