The present invention relates to a golf putting training device in which a natural lawn is vegetated and, more specifically, to a golf putting training device in which a natural lawn is vegetated, comprising a plurality of assembly panels supporting a natural lawn. The assembly panel includes: a space portion in which a lawn is accommodated; a discharge groove for discharging water supplied for vegetating a lawn; a storage container for storing water discharged through the discharge groove; a guide groove in which the storage container is accommodated and drawn out in a slide manner; a stop projection and a stop piece formed to assemble the assembly panel with a different assembly panel; a height adjusting device adjusted while a level formed in the front of a panel is checked for adjusting horizontality of the assembly panel; a support which can be moved horizontally while being inserted into the assembly panel, and allowing a putting practicer to go up and conduct putting; a connecting pipe of discharging a putted golf ball; and a storage container for accommodating the golf ball which is getting out through the connecting pipe.
