The present invention relates to a gas chromatography-electrospray/high resolution mass spectrometry and a method of ionizing organic compound of a gas phase using the same, and more particularly, to a gas chromatography-electrospray/high resolution mass spectrometry which has a new structure and a temperature control unit such that analysis is effectively performed and a method of effectively ionizing organic compound of a gas phase using the same. The gas chromatography-electrospray/high resolution mass spectrometry includes a gas chromatography, a mass spectrometry and an interface interposed between the gas chromatography and the mass spectrometry, wherein the interface includes a capillary tube column, a metal plate embedded in the capillary tube column, a heat code installed to be in contact with an outer periphery surface of the metal plate and to be heated, a temperature control unit connected to the heating code to supply or block heat to control the temperature, and a heat insulation member surrounding the metal tube and the heating code.
