A data compensation circuit comprises: an average current calculating unit configured to calculate an average current of each of M x N pixel blocks having a predetermined number of pixels based on an image data signal wherein M and N are positive integers; a voltage drop calculating unit configured to two-dimensionally calculate a voltage drop of a power voltage of each of target pixel blocks based on multiplication of a Y axis voltage drop weight value and an X axis voltage drop distribution coefficient with respect to the average current; an interpolation unit configured to interpolate voltage drops of the target pixel blocks each other to calculate a final voltage drop of a target pixel; and a compensation data generating unit configured to generate a compensation data voltage in which a data voltage of the image data signal is compensated for based on the voltage drop of the power voltage and the final voltage drop.
