The present invention relates to a rapid thermal decomposition apparatus for thermal-decomposition reforming of 0.1BPD grade liquid oil and, more specifically, to a rapid thermal decomposition apparatus for thermal-decomposition reforming of 0.1BPD grade liquid oil, comprising a thermal medium supply unit without a regenerating reaction for checking thermal decomposition reforming properties of various oil distillates, an oil injection nozzle, and a product collecting device. The apparatus can continuously and stably supply a thermal medium without a regenerating reaction, can change a shape of a nozzle for spraying oil, and can control the lifting height.
