METHOD MANUFACTURE OF GLASS FIBER MAT REINFORCED THERMOPLASTICS AND HOUSING WITH AN EXTERNAL METHOD OF FIBERGLASS COMPOSITE MATERIAL

The present invention relates to a method of preparing a fiberglass composite material, in which, after depositing fiberglass fabric which is supplied, into a water-based coating solution, a thermoplastic film is bonded on the surface of the fiberglass fabric coated with the water-based coating solution to prepare the fiberglass composite material. Accordingly, the coating material coated on the fiberglass fabric represents uniform dispersity, thereby providing the fiberglass composite material having improved mechanical strength. In addition, since the coating solution coated on the fiberglass fabric is based on water, the fiberglass composite material can be eco-friendly fabricated as compared with that of the related art. In comparison with a housing employing thermoplastic as a stiffening member, provided is a method of manufacturing a housing using the fiberglass composite material, thereby preventing a specific portion of the housing from being cracked and broken due to weak brittleness of the housing. When the housing is manufactured, the fiberglass composite material is instantly heated and an upper mold having a patterned sheet thereon is cooled down or maintained at room temperature, thereby preventing the patterned sheet on the outer surface of the housing from being discolored / deformed due to heat.
