The present invention relates to a composition comprising micro RNA as an active component for preventing or treating porcine circovirus type 2 infection, and a method for screening a candidate material for treating porcine circovirus type 2 infection. The micro RNA according to the present invention has an excellent effect of reducing inflammatory activity of PCV2 by controlling expression of a gene relating to resistance against PCV2 inflammation. Therefore, the micro RNA can be effectively used in prevention or treatment of PCV2 inflammation or inflammatory diseases by PCV2.
