The present invention relates to increasing effectiveness of a mineral matter applied to a fabric for coating with heat of a carbon heating element (B) for blood pressure regulation, allergy and skin disease handling based on xerosis reduction, blood circulation improvement, and blood purification and increasing far-infrared ray and anion release amounts based on an interaction between a carbon hot wire and the mineral matter for decomposition of harmful materials such as nitrogen oxide in air, fine dust, smell and virus elimination, health promotion, and warming of a surrounding space. The purpose of a fabric heating element (A) according to the present invention is to improve air quality while reducing electric power consumption and provide a safe, healthy, and warm indoor living. |
