a wordline driver supply control circuit configured to receive one or more control inputs that indicate an operational mode of a memory of a microprocessor and output one or more control signals that indicate a wordline supply voltage corresponding to the operational mode; and a wordline driver supply circuit configured to receive the one or more control signals and one or more voltages, and output the wordline supply voltage corresponding to the operational mode based on the received one or more control signals and the one or more voltages.
