The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a wheel disk for an automobile by forming through a butt welding of blank materials using a flash welding, and improving a yield of the blank material. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of preparing a plurality of blank materials by cutting a coil; a step of flashing welding into a circular band form by respectively bending the plurality of blank materials; a step of cooling down the flash welded blank materials; a step of forming two-step of the cooled blank materials in a disk shape; and a step of shaping a disk by processing a vent hole on the disk shaped blank material. |
