The present invention relates to an electronic apparatus and A service operating method to recommend a person to share with, wherein the electronic apparatus comprises: a communication unit for receiving/transmitting information by communicating with an external device; a display unit for displaying location information and shared content; and a control unit for forming information about recommended person for sharing regarding the current location of the electronic apparatus from a list of friends registered in the electronic apparatus through the communication unit, and controlling the information about recommended person for sharing to be displayed on the display unit in response to input of a request for displaying a person to share with. According to the present invention, the method can easily detect friends nearby or the user interest in the current location of the user with simple operations and can enable sharing of related content based on the current location with friends, thereby enhancing association with shared content.
