The present invention relates to labeling equipment which attaches a label to an electronic component itself like an SSD which is relatively large and a product casing the electronic component. According to the present invention, electronic component labeling equipment has a label support which comprises: a support plate to support a label; and an advancing and retreating source advancing the support plate toward a film support or retreating the support plate to a side opposite to the film support. Moreover, the electronic component labeling equipment more comprises a separation prevention device to prevent a label from being separated from a label film. According to the present invention, treatment of a defective label is convenient, and a simple composition is added to a label supply device to have a function to prepare a label roll wherein a detective label is eliminated in addition to a label supply function.
