The present invention relates to a selection medium for Fusarium fujikuroi including hydrogen peroxide as an active ingredient, a method for selectively culturing Fusarium fujikuroi using the same, a method for detecting the same, and a method for diagnosing plant diseases caused by Fusarium fujikuroi. The medium including hydrogen peroxide of the present invention can effectively inhibit growth of pathogenic fungi except Fusarium fujikuroi, thereby being used as a selective medium for Fusarium fujikuroi. Also, since the Fusarium fujikuroi can be easily detected in a short time, the present invention can be useful to diagnose plant diseases such as bakanae disease caused by Fusarium fujikuroi. |
