The present invention relates to: a laundry management system including multiple unmanned operating devices operated and controlled according to a program; and a method thereof. Provided are an unmanned laundry consignment management system using an automatic transfer system and a method thereof, wherein multiple launderette users can simply wash and dry laundry by controlling a washer and a dryer in a launderette by using each mobile communication terminal when using a self-service laundry, and can conveniently and safely drop off or pick up the laundry by allowing a mobile communication terminal to recognize an NFC tag when consigning the laundry. |
