The present invention relates to a method for removing online content data, an apparatus thereof, and a system thereof. The method for removing online content data of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a request to play original content; analyzing metadata included in a header of the original content; determining a removal rate for the original content based on the metadata; removing the original content according to the removal rate; revising the metadata; and playing the original content. The method for removing online content data of the present invention can gradually remove content in a corresponding period by allowing a producer of digital content to set an expiration period, thereby protecting privacy. |
