A manufacturing method of a flexible fine die, according to the present invention, comprises: a step of providing a metal plate; a step of spreading a photoresist on the metal plate; a step of patterning and exposing the spread photoresist using a laser; a step of forming photoresist patterns by developing the exposed photoresist; a step of forming protruding patterns by etching the metal plate in a certain depth using the photoresist patterns; and a step of forming a blade by processing the protruding patterns. Therefore, the present invention prevents errors when a flexible fine die is manufactured and obtains a precise flexible fine die.
