The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus capable of removing non-degradable organic chemicals in water. The water treatment apparatus induces introduction and circulation of raw water therein through the pressure difference between the inside and outside thereof, separates non-degradable organic contaminants from the raw water introduced thereinto through the floatation principle, and decomposes the separated non-degradable organic chemicals through an electrolysis apparatus, thereby effectively decomposing the non-degradable organic chemicals in water. According to the present invention, the water treatment apparatus capable of removing non-degradable organic chemicals in water comprises: a chamber which provides a space for processing floatation and electrolysis of non-degradable organic chemicals included in raw water; raw water inlets disclosed at one lower end of the chamber to induce introduction of the raw water into the chamber; treated water outlets disposed at one upper end of the chamber to discharge the treated water in which the non-degradable organic chemicals are removed by the floatation and electrolysis; a gas supply pipe disposed inside the chamber, and supplying gas to the lower end portion of the chamber to induce floatation of the non-degradable organic chemicals included in the raw water; and the electrolysis apparatus disposed at an inner upper end of the chamber to decompose the floated non-degradable organic chemicals. |
