The present invention relates to a PVC resin composition used in a connection pipe for a water and sewage pipe or an intercepting chamber and to a water pipe. The PVC resin composition has improved durability and is advantageous in avoiding water pollution. The PVC resin composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of about 40,000; 10 parts by weight of nano silica; 0.7-1.2 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 1-3 parts by weight of a nano fiber; 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of a silicone compound Si(CH_2CH_2Cl)_2(CH_2CH_2OH)2; 10 parts by weight of alumina (Al_2O_3); 5 parts by weight of Ag-alumina composite; 0.5 parts by weight of carbon black (C/B); 2 parts by weight of a plasticizer (DOP); 3 parts by weight of a thermal stabilizer (calcium stearate); 1 parts by weight of a UV absorbent (HPT); and 1 parts by weight of a shock absorbent (SBR).
