摘要 The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing a DNA or RNA nucleic acid nanostructure and a delivery usage of an activator of the nucleic acid nanostructure produced through the method. According to a method for mass-producing a DNA nanostructure or an RNA nanostructure, a cutting position exists in an amplification matrix, so desired nucleic acid may be mass-produced at high efficiency through position-specific cutting, and a nanostructure capable of easily transferring a targeted activator into a cell by using the same or transferring siRNA by directly including a targeted siRNA sequence in a matrix may be directly produced. Accordingly, effective nucleic acid amplification is achieved, so a nucleic acid nanostructure may be mass-produced and usefully used in transferring an activator into a cell. The method comprises the steps of: 1) producing a circular DNA matrix connected with an end part of a sequence by treating one polynucleotide connected with unit sequences of number K represented by (P-Mk-Nk) to (P-M(K-n)-N(K-n)) through a DNA ligase; 2) obtaining an amplification byproduct in which complementary sequences are repeated in a unit sequence by treating DNA polymerase on the circular DNA matrix; 3) obtaining an amplified sequence group by cutting a restriction enzyme recognition part formed in the amplification byproduct; and 4) obtaining a DNA nanostructure through self-assembly of the amplified sequence group.
