The present invention relates to labeling equipment which attaches a label to an electronic component itself like an SSD which is relatively large and a product casing the electronic component. According to the present invention, electronic component labeling equipment has a defect checking device to check a defect of a label placed on a film support. The defect checking device may comprise a two-dimensional camera and a light source so as to check a three-dimensional defect of a label. According to the present invention, a defective label can be separately treated, and further, by using a two-dimensional plane camera and a light source, a three-dimensional defect of a label can be checked, thereby reducing production costs. |
