The present invention relates to a neopentyl glycol manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of neopentyl glycol. According to the present invention, provided are a cost-effective manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of metal particle-free neopentyl glycol derived from a catalyst using the same. More particularly, the manufacturing apparatus can suppress side reactions in a following process by separating and removing metal particles from a fixed bed in a reactor in the process of a reaction. In addition, the manufacturing apparatus has a continuous flow without a separate power and does not require separate energy, or can form a continuous flow with a small quantity of a liquid extracted from a recirculation supply pipe without a largely modifying a conventional pipe.
